About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered with the British Psychological Society. I work in an integrative way, drawing on ideas from a range of psychological models including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic and Psychodynamic. I am an accredited EMDR practitioner. I have a particular interest in Attachment Theory. I am able to provide therapy sessions face to face and online.

I have over twelve years extensive experience working in both the NHS and private healthcare sector. I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist, leading a psychology team within the NHS.
