About me

Chris is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with 15 years NHS clinical experience. He works in a flexible, integrative way, drawing from a number of psychological models to create a personalised therapy experience.

His specialisms include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).

Chris also has a specialism in sleep psychology and trained in sleep medicine under one of the UK’s leading expert somnologists. He provides treatment for insomnia (CBTi) and support for other sleep disorders.

He is an honorary lecturer at Cardiff University, teaching on the Clinical Psychology doctorate programme. He is also a BABCP accredited CBT Supervisor and provides professional and clinical supervision, consultation and training.
