I offer Bupa customers standard cataract surgery on the Full Pathway package option at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Moorfields Private West End Limited .
This package includes your appointments before and after surgery, as well as your surgery and mono-focal lenses. It means you won’t use up your out-patient benefit or receive any additional bills from your surgeon (or anaesthetist, if you need one) for eligible treatment.

About me
Mr Romil Patel is a leading cataract and laser vision correction surgeon with a wealth of experience dealing with routine and complex surgery.
In terms of cataract surgery Mr Patel undertakes a number of procedures in both his NHS and private practice. He is responsible for the training of junior surgeons and is the training director for the emergency services at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
Mr Patel specialises in Multi Focal intra ocular lenses for those patients looking for less dependence on glasses after cataract surgery.
In relation to his laser vision correction practice he is able to treat a wide range of prescriptions include short sightedness, long sightedness, presbyopia and astigmatism.
