About me

About me:
I am an integrative counsellor with experience working with self-harm/injury, bereavement, alcohol and drug addiction, sexual abuse, bereavement, depression, anxiety and other mental health and life issues. Unfortunately, I only work with 18+.

I have worked in different agencies in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire as a counsellor and group therapist. These agencies specialised in alcohol and drug abuse, self-Harm and injury, young families with various issues, trauma and abuse, whilst also considering life issues.

I also worked as a counsellor within an NHS setting working seeing clients on a 1-1 basis and facilitating psycho-educational courses for a range of mental health issues. I have been a volunteer supervisor at a local agency that specialises in trauma. I have a private practice for counselling and supervision, where I also work for a number of employee assistance programmes.
