About me

I am an experienced therapist and have worked in an Occupational Health Trauma service as well as running my own private practice. I have experience of working with many different issues eg stress, trauma, childhood issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and issues around purpose and meaning and ill health (the clients or clients family member). I work creatively drawing on techniques from various therapeutic traditions and work in a relational way.
