About me

I have 20 years experience working with children, young people and adults, offering warm, caring, counselling within an open, non-judgmental environment and will show clients self-help activities using Mindfulness and CBT, if applicable.

Sometimes it can be hard to talk to friends and family about what you are going through and how this makes you feel.

Counselling is a way of exploring your innermost thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment with a trained professional.

I offer you the space and time to make informed decisions about your life within a safe, trusting and accepting relationship.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Accredited Member of BACP. I hold a Diploma in Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Practice and Couples Counselling and I also lecture in Counselling.
