About me

I am a counselling psychologist who works with adults and older adults with a range of issues including anxiety, depression and trauma. I also specialise in fertility and perinatal issues.
I am trained in existential psychotherapy, however I use a number of other approaches including CBT, person centred and psychodynamic.
My goal in therapy is to create an environment that is conducive to building trust and that helps clients to find a way of living that works better for them.
I have worked in the NHS in an IAPT service, and currently also teach counselling psychology trainees in a university setting.
I hold a doctorate in counselling psychology, and have completed supervision skills training.
