About me

I am a Chartered and HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist working in private practice in Copthorne West Sussex.

Previously worked in NHS secondary care and primary care services, as well as addictions charities.

I work with teenagers 15 years and above, as well as adult.

I am an accredited member of the BABCP (CBT therapist), I am an accredited EMDR Association practitioner and Consultant in Training.

I am an affiliated member of BPS, as well as HCPC-registered.

I am also an accredited aviation psychologist (1 of 9 in the UK), published, and an associate of Centre of Aviation Psychology (CAP) working on research towards improved aviation staff safety.
