About us

I am a Clinical Psychologist working in Nottingham. I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, MSc in Health Psychology, MSc in Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate in Psychology (DClinPsy). I am the co-founder of Psychtherapies, working within a team of Clinical Psychologists across the East Midlands.

I am highly experienced working with individuals of all ages, and their families. I have largely worked within adult mental health services in the National Health Service (NHS). I provide therapy to individuals with mental health difficulties, and I particularly specialise within the context of Physical Health. I am trained in a range of psychological therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET). I am also involved in university related psychology research projects (e.g., field supervisor for undergraduate or postgraduate projects).
