About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over twelve years of experience working in the NHS and charity sector. Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, which is your time to explore some of the difficulties you have been facing and work together to find ways forward in your life.

I have experience of offering therapy to individuals of all ages; and I offer a therapeutic approach that is open minded and accepting of a diversity of experiences and lifestyles.

I use therapeutic approaches that are grounded in self-acceptance and compassion and can tailor sessions to meet your individual needs. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic, Narrative Therapy and EMDR.

I have particular experience supporting individuals who have been through challenging early life experiences and/or traumatic life events, and are finding relationships difficult and struggling with strong emotions.
