About me
I am a BABCP fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 8 years' experience of working within NHS primary and secondary care adult mental health services. I work with a range of difficulties including eating disorders, depression and anxiety related problems. In addition to my NHS work I have taught on a CBT Postgraduate Diploma and delivered specialist CBT training to other professionals.
My therapeutic approach is wholeheartedly CBT, and within this I will integrate a range of techniques as appropriate for the individual client, which can include DBT skills, chair work and a compassion-focused approach.
I am passionate about helping people tackle their difficulties and move forward with their lives.
I offer evening and some daytime appointments.
