About me

I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, with over 15 years experience within the voluntary, community and private sector. I am also a Europe Accredited EMDR Consultant working within my private practice and specialising in Trauma and Complex PTSD. I have many years experience working with Childhood Physical, Sexual, Emotional Abuse and Neglect, Domestic Violence, Coercive control, Cult & Spiritual abuse. all of which can result in clinical and mood disorders. I am also a qualified couple therapist.

Areas of interest

I work with individuals from the age of 18 upwards. My work is trauma informed using psychotherapy approaches including EMDR, CBT and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also offer couple therapy for relationship issues and difficulties.
