About me

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or stuck? I offer a warm, practical and compassionate space to help you navigate life's challenges and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

I'm a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Neurodivergence-Informed Coach with over 16 years' experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Whether you're facing work-related stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, life changes or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to manage it alone.

I understand that, from the outside, you may appear to be coping well while internally feeling exhausted, anxious or disconnected. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, make sense of your experiences, and develop practical strategies that help you feel more in control and resilient.

I tailor therapy to your individual needs, integrating various approaches including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused, alongside practical coping strategies and mind-body awareness. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and focused on helping you create meaningful, sustainable change.

I also have specialist knowledge and lived experience of neurodivergence, supporting adults with ADHD, autism and executive functioning challenges. Whether or not you identify as neurodivergent, you'll receive an approach that is flexible, affirming and responsive to your individual experiences.

Areas I commonly support include:

Anxiety, stress and burnout
Depression and low mood
Work-related stress and workplace challenges
Relationship and family difficulties
Grief, loss and life transitions
Trauma and emotional distress
Self-esteem, confidence and perfectionism
Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism and executive functioning)
Emotional regulation and coping with change

Whatever has brought you to therapy, you'll be met with empathy, respect and without judgement. My aim is to help you gain insight, build self-compassion and develop tools so that life feels more manageable, balanced and fulfilling.

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable quickly and able to speak openly, without pressure to explain everything perfectly or get it right.

I offer time-limited therapy, longer-term psychotherapy for an extensive range of issues.

Please note; I work with adults only and the majority of my current availability is remote.
