About me

I offer a Counselling and Psychotherapy service to individuals, young people and families who may be experiencing personal difficulties and challenges.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor with over 20 years experience of direct client work in a range of settings including private practice.
Counselling provides a safe containing space for clients to explore the challenges that have brought them to counselling.
Although my core training is Psychodynamic I use an integrated approach that brings together different elements of specific therapies to provide greater flexibility when working with clients.
I have trained within Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness and uses these approaches in my work with clients.
