About me

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and have been in Clinical Practice since 2001. I hold Post-Graduate Qualifications in Psychotherapy and Psychopathology. My further training encompasses NLP, CBT, DBT, Person-centred and Integrative approaches and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and have trained with the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre and Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma. I am down to earth, pragmatic and passionate that therapy is a collaborative process - my job is to enable you to find your own individual, specific answers to your problems.
