About me

When life feels overwhelming, stuck, or uncertain, it can be difficult to see a way forward. I understand how challenging that experience can be, and it's why I'm committed to helping people move toward a more satisfying, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, I support individuals and couples facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including depression, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, personality-related issues, and the lasting impact of early life trauma or abuse. I offer therapy one-to-one and with couples, either in person, via secure video, or by phone for those living outside the local area.

As a UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered psychotherapist since 2004, I have worked across both NHS and private practice settings throughout the North East. I provide a confidential, professional service and draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to help you understand your experiences, navigate the challenges you're facing, and move toward lasting change.
