About me

When we feel lost or stuck, stressed or frustrated sometimes it's hard to pull ourselves out of it! I know that feeling and that is why i love what i do so much, helping others find their way to a more satisfying and fulling life! I am highly qualified, professional and supported others for over 20 years. I work with people who are dealing with depression, trauma / PTSD, relationship problems, anxiety, personality issues and early life trauma / abuse. I work one-to-one with clients, as well as with couples. I can offer therapy via Skype or telephone if you are not in the local area.
UKCP accredited and BACP registered Psychotherapist since 2004 with experience in NHS and private practice throughout North East.
