About me
I provide psychological therapy for children and adults aged 7 and above, supporting individuals to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and to navigate challenges relating to relationships, emotional distress, and barriers to wellbeing. I aim to offer a non-judgemental therapeutic space (whether online or face to face) where people feel heard, respected, and supported to move towards what matters most to them.
Since 2019, I have worked predominantly within the field of neurodivergence and am committed to offering a neurodivergent-affirming approach that values each person's individuality. Therapy may focus on developing self-compassion, understanding personal strengths and differences, and identifying practical strategies to support emotional regulation, communication, and day-to-day life.
While I also offer autism and ADHD assessments where appropriate, a diagnosis is not the only way of making sense of experiences. Many people benefit from having a shared framework for understanding themselves, which can reduce confusion, challenge unhelpful narratives, and support acceptance and wellbeing. I work collaboratively with each individual to ensure that support is guided by their needs, preferences, and goals.
