I am an Accredited Psychotherapist /Counsellor with many years experience working with a wide range of clients in charities/voluntary organisations and private practice.

I approach my work with clients with integrity, compassion and an awareness and commitment to ethical and competent clinical practice.
I believe that primarily my role as a therapist is to help empower my clients as they discover, face and accept their reality, grieve their losses, and identify and take responsibility for their needs by accessing the necessary resources to help them move forward and live a more satisfying and rewarding life.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of personal and work related issues.
