About me

I have over 25 years of experience working locally in Hampshire County Council’s Social Services and the NHS. I have spent the last 15 years working specifically in mental health services, most recently in the NHS as a Senior Psychological Therapist and Supervisor.

I am fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and adhere to their ethical frameworks and guidelines in order to ensure that you receive a professional and quality service. If you wish to check my accreditation you can do so at www.babcp.co.uk.

I have first class degrees in Human Psychology and Approved Mental Health Social Work Practice and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy for Anxiety and Depression.

I offer evidence based and NICE recommended (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) treatments for most anxiety and depressive disorders and will work my hardest with you to help you overcome your difficulties.
