We have 3 clinics - They are based in London Colney AL2, Pinewood Studios, SL0 and Elstree Studios, WD6. We have experienced Physiotherapists on hand offering a first class service to our clients. Our highly skilled Physios focus on improving patient health and well-being. We offer a personalised treatment to meet your specific needs, utilising a wide variety of techniques to reduce pain and muscle tension and regain normal muscle length and function. In addition to in clinic treatment, we provide advice on exercises, stretches, postural awareness and other home care advise to help you manage symptoms.

We also have a team of therapists that specialise and treat soft tissue injuries old and new including sports and remedial massage therapy, Kinesio Tex taping and dry needling. We offer Swedish and Pregnancy Massage for the ‘feel good’ factor and not just the ‘feel better’.
Our qualified therapists are also now able to offer Shockwave Therapy
