About me
I am a highly specialised clinical psychologist, with over ten years of experience working in the NHS. I have worked in a variety of settings, before establishing myself in the field of Adult Community Mental Health Services, where I've worked extensively with clients presenting with PTSD.
My training has provided me with the ability to use a range of therapeutic models and additional training has provided her with specialist knowledge in the practice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I ultimately favour an integrative approach to assessment and treatment. I incorporate elements of CBT, psychodynamic, compassion-focused and systemic therapeutic approaches into my work.
I am a chartered clinical psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and I am provisionally accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
