About me

Mr Nikhil Pawa is a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon based at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Following completion of his primary medical degree he underwent Basic Surgical Training in Nottingham followed by a research MD focussing on novel screening methods for colorectal cancer. His Higher Surgical Training was undertaken on the prestigious North West London rotation including specialist colorectal training at the Royal Marsden Hospital and St Marks Hospital.

He has a specialist interest in laparoscopic colorectal surgery for colorectal cancer, diverticular disease and inflammatory bowel disease together with proctology (Haemorrhoids, fistula in ano and anal fissures). He has an expertise in minimally invasive surgery for pilonidal disease (EPSiT procedure). His other surgical expertise includes general surgical conditions such as hernia repairs (inguinal, umbilical, incisional) and soft tissue lesions.
