About me

I am a BACP Senior Accredited, experienced integrative counsellor and supervisor, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, transactional analysis and other theories depending on what is right for you at the time. I am also a Senior Accredited Member and Accredited Supervisor of the NCIP. In my private practice near Ashford (TN27), I offer individuals a warm and caring therapeutic environment where you will feel safe and not judged.

Relationships are fundamental to human existence and can be the root cause of problems, past and present. In a confidential setting, I will listen, support and guide you in understanding your experiences and developing a more coherent sense of self.

Sessions are available face to face or online.
