About me

I offer individuals a warm, caring and compassionate therapeutic space where you will feel safe and not judged. My private practice is in a confidential setting near Ashford (TN27). I will listen, support and guide you in understanding your experiences and developing a more coherent sense of self.

BACP Accredited and a NCIP Senior Accredited Member, I am an experienced integrative counsellor and specialist accredited supervisor, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, transactional analysis and other theories depending on what is right for you at the time.

Relationships are fundamental to human existence and can be the root cause of problems, past and present, contributing to the sense of self. Prior to counselling, I spent 20 years in media and marketing, gaining valuable business experience including working as a self employed marketing consultant. This heightened my awareness of the importance of communication and the effect this can have on relationships, both personally and professionally.

To achieve your goals in therapy, the relationship between us is what will hopefully hope you heal. Together, we can explore your emotions and feelings, finding meaning and purpose as a result of insight and understanding.

Sessions are available face to face or online.
