About me

I provide long and short-term therapy, in both English and Italian ONLINE and in my Canada Water studio. Whatever the difficulty you are going through right now, you are not alone. All feelings and thoughts you may be experiencing are valid. We can explore together what may feel very confusing and overwhelming, make sense of it and find the best way to go forward.
I have a lot of experience with anxiety issues, including panic attacks; abuse, including sexual abuse; trauma often treated by using EMDR.
