I am a fully qualified accredited counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice I have also worked as a counsellor for several years with a GP, with a women's charity and at a 6th form college. Areas of interest

I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, bereavement, panic attacks, and addiction. I offer both short and long term therapy to individuals aged 16+. My integrative training enables me to offer a flexible approach, as a range of therapeutic models and tools will allow us to tailor therapy to your individual requirements.
