About me

I am a fully qualified Accredited Counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have over 15 years experience of counselling clients of all ages presenting with a wide range of difficulties. In addition to my private practice I have also worked as a counsellor for several years with a GP, with a women's charity and at a 6th form college. I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, bereavement, panic attacks, and addiction. I offer both short and long term therapy to individuals aged 16+, in person , online or by telephone. . My integrative training enables me to offer a flexible approach, as a range of therapeutic models and tools will allow us to tailor therapy to your individual requirements.
