About me

Experienced Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. Trained in Attachment Focused EMDR. Training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Specialised in anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as trauma and PTSD.

Special interest in autism and, particularly what is known as "high masking" presentations. Neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming.

I also have an interest in helping people reduce the impact on their lives of sensory sensitivities and misophonia, as well as chronic pain.
