About me

Experienced Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. Trained in Attachment Focused EMDR. Specialising in anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and PTSD.

I also have an interest in helping people reduce the impact of sensory sensitivities and misophonia, by using a combination of CBT and EMDR techniques, informed by current research.

PTSD and anxiety related symptoms I can help you with include flashbacks, nightmares, intrusive thoughts and images, rumination, intense emotions and helping you to go back to doing what matters to you.

I take a person-centred approach, tailoring CBT and EMDR to suit each individual's unique needs and experiences. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an affirming type of CBT therapy that helps to works towards the life and goals we want, overcoming the obstacles that get in the way.

I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
