About me

An accredited Psychotherapist with 16 years' experience in the field - I work with individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of emotional and intimacy issues. I worked for many years as an NHS Psychotherapist, as well as several charity sector areas, gaining experience of working with a wide range of emotional and intimacy issues.

Indications that something in life needs attending to may come in many forms. Anxiety, depression, overwhelming feelings, painful life circumstances, or any number of other distressing and painful, sometimes physical, symptoms may be affecting your quality of life and relationships.

I provide a warm, supportive and professional space in which to explore and to help you find a way through your difficulties. This involves my listening both to what you intentionally and consciously bring to be worked through, but also to what’s not being said, or cannot yet be spoken about.

Most recently I have undertaken advanced training in Sex and Relationship therapy at the Tavistock Centre in London (COSRT Accredited).

What Happens Next:

An initial meeting will be an opportunity to meet me and see if you feel Counselling/ Psychotherapy will be helpful to you. It is a chance to think about any anxieties or fears you may have, as well as what you would like to achieve.
