I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist additionally trained in EMDR (level 1,2 and 3), DBT and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I also Internal Family Systems (IFS) regularly in my work
I offer individual assessment and on going therapy to individuals aged 18 and over.
I can offer help with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression and low mood, stress, anger, OCD, relationship difficulties among others.
I have particular experience of working with trauma and PTSD and personality problems / personality disorder.
