Do you notice patterns or themes repeating in your life? The causes of these may be hidden, therapy can give you a chance to explore and understand this.

Have you ever considered why you do what you do? What causes you to feel the way you do in certain situations. Exploring this and understanding the triggers behind it can lead to you being able to make different choices about the path you wish to take moving your life forward. This is what we would explore. Two very common patterns are should have, could have, would have and must try harder, must do better, all my fault. Are these patterns present in your life?
