About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over fifteen years of experience working with adults and adolescents (aged 16 and over) with a range of psychological concerns.

Provide psychological therapy and coaching, specialising in improving wellbeing and performance. Experience working with athletes across sport from grassroots level to elite and professional level.

In addition to the specialties and therapeutic approaches I provide, I can offer you with concerns such as:
-Feeling disconnected from other people and hobbies
-Eating much less or more than usual
-Experiencing less confidence in body shape or appearance
-Struggling with the desire to achieve things perfectly or to a very high standard
-Feeling negative about the future
-Worrying or feeling anxious
-Using other strategies to manage, such as alcohol, substances or self-harm

All of the interventions I provide are personalised to your particular needs and I work daytimes Monday-Thursdays. My clinic is situated at The Eaves in Godalming and I also offer appointments by Zoom.
