About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist working in both private practice and the National Health Service (NHS). I am a specialist in the assessment and treatment of adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, psychological trauma, loss and bereavement, adjustment difficulties, and burnout.

I utilise a range of psychological models in my therapeutic work, depending on the needs of the individual, and in line with evidence-based practice. Working largely from an integrative framework, I draw upon approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness, with a focus on the person�s strengths.

I am able to offer a remote psychological service (via secure video call or telephone) or in person, at a frequency to suit the person�s need.
