About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist working in both private practice and the National Health Service (NHS). I am passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential, to overcome life events and personal challenges, and helping people to identify blocks and barriers to meeting their goals and aspirations.

A specialist in the assessment and treatment of adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, loss and bereavement, adjustment difficulties, and burnout, I draw upon a range of psychological models in my therapeutic work, depending on the needs of the individual, and in line with evidence-based practice. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and interpersonal approaches, with a focus on the person's strengths.

I am currently able to offer a remote psychological service (via secure video) at a frequency to suit the person's need, with immediate availability.
