About us

We provide high-quality physiotherapy and shockwave therapy for Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas of Birmingham and Staffordshire. Our approach is evidence-based and focused on helping people reduce pain, restore movement and return to the activities they enjoy.

Shockwave therapy is a key part of our service, particularly for stubborn conditions that may not respond to exercise or rest alone. It is highly effective in the treatment of plantar fasciitis, one of the most common causes of heel pain, as well as a range of other tendon-related problems. These include Achilles tendinopathy, patellar tendinopathy (jumper's knee), tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, and calcific tendonitis of the shoulder.

Alongside shockwave therapy, we also provide physiotherapy for arthritis, back and neck pain, and joint injuries, including the knee and shoulder offering patients a complete package of care tailored to their individual needs.
