About me
I’m an experienced and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I’m currently working within the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service (IAPT) as a high intensity Psychotherapist delivering 1:1 and group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling interventions.
It is important to me as a professional working within the NHS to have a strong ability to convey warmth, genuineness and respectful interest for all the people I work with.
Areas of interest
I have a specialist interest in traumatic grief and published my undergraduate thesis within the journal of loss and trauma.
