About me

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Therapy Tailored to You

With over 20 years of clinical experience and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and counselling, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to support adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and complex emotional challenges.

Having worked across NHS primary care, IAPT services, trauma-specialist charities, and private practice, I bring a flexible, integrative approach that draws on the latest evidence-based interventions including recent training from institutions like the University of Oxford and BABCP. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or coping with traumatic life events, I work collaboratively with you to help restore balance and build lasting resilience.

Areas of interest

I have a specialist interest in traumatic grief and published my undergraduate thesis within the journal of loss and trauma.
