About us

Therapy to Heal, Strengthen and Restore

I am a Registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist with twenty years experience in helping individuals improve their mental health.

After working for many years in the NHS (as an anxiety/ depression/ trauma specialist) I am now the Clinical Director of a thriving psychology practice in Malvern, Worcestershire. Please see our main website www.malvernhillsprivatepractice.co.uk. We see clients for a whole range of difficulties, mild to severe, short to long term. We have a specialist ADHD service offering assessment and treatment for adults.

These include difficulties such as repairing poor self esteem, recovering post divorce, overcoming anxiety, overcoming bullying/ abuse, beating depression, improving relationships, escaping emotional eating and treating trauma with EMDR, ADHD assessment and ADHD coaching.

Please also see my YouTube channel

My approach embodies values of connection, compassion, respect and support. My therapeutic stance offers a practical, clear plan towards recovery and mental well being.

I draw from a multitude of different therapeutic approaches all outlined in the NICE guidelines including CBT, Mindfulness, ACT and CFT, EMDR as well as many other approaches.

Through guided discovery I would work alongside you by applying my psychological understanding to your life struggles. Through this approach, you would gain insight into how to heal and will be given practical tools to empower your recovery.
