About me

I am a BACP Registered and Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience. I offer a safe, confidential and relaxed space in an established private practice I use a conversational approach and have extensive experience in a wide range of emotional/relationship problems. I work integratively drawing on different approaches and techniques to best suit your needs. I will work at a pace that suits you.

I am passionate about both emotional and physical wellbeing and have a keen interest in the mind/body link. For this reason I also like to take a holistic approach, looking at how lifestyle such as nutrition, sleep, activity, relaxation and relationships, play a part in your wellbeing. However, this is your choice.

I have experience of working within Hospices. However, my former career in the Business arena has provided me with a good understanding of organisational practices and relationships within the workplace also. I have extensive experience of counselling within an Occupational Health setting and am affiliated to a number of Health Care providers. I'm based in two locations-Crawley, West Sussex (20 minutes walk from Crawley and Three Bridges station, free parking is also available. London ( 2 minutes walk from London Bridge station). I aim to be flexible with my appointments where possible.
