About me
Ms. Aggarwal is a plastic surgeon who specialises in breast and skin diseases. She is one the few plastic surgeons in the UK who is fully trained in the management of all breast diseases including breast cancer. This gives her a unique perspective with regards to preservation of aesthetics while performing breast and skin surgery.
At Nuffield Health, Ms Aggarwal offers ‘rapid diagnosis clinics’ for breast where the consultation and scans are performed on the same day. She also offers consultation for skin lesions like cysts, lipoma, keloids, scars, moles, and other lumps and bumps. By prior arrangement, treatment for skin lesions can be performed on the same day.
Ms. Aggarwal has introduced new and innovative techniques at Barts Health like perforator flaps and fat grafting. These procedures can allow some women to avoid mastectomy or to prevent deformity following cancer excision. She is the first in the UK to perform the ‘GoLi’ procedure which allows selected women to have breast reconstruction from their own tissue without microsurgery, allowing shorter hospital stay and recovery.
Over her surgical career she has performed over 2,000 skin surgeries including 150 complex post Mohs (cancer excision) reconstructions in the last 4 years.
