I offer a space to explore these and place the therapeutic relationship at the centre of my work. I believe in being empathic, non-judgemental and creating a space for change. I use different approaches depending on the needs of each client, including a person centred approach placing your needs at the centre forefront a belief that with the right support we all have the capacity to reach our full potential.
