About me

Integrative Counsellor/Psyhotherapist with a background in business management. I understand the stresses of working to deadlines, managing other people's expectations and holding responsibility at a high level. I have worked as a Primary counsellor, Couple and Family Therapist and Clinical supervisor in various settings - All of which allows me to deeply understand anxiety, depression, conflict, low self esteem, drug and alcohol dependency, trauma, self-harm, sexual issues as well as working with patients coming to terms with medical diagnosis.
