About me
Adam Getty, a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR accredited practitioner that works with individuals living with various depressive and anxiety disorders. Keen to improve the mental health situation in Northern Ireland, Adam sits on both the IABCP and EMDR UK and Ireland committee. In addition to this, he is an associate lectured on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Course at Queen University Belfast, Belfast.
