About me

Modern life has made us all more susceptible to anxiety, depression and other common emotional problems. As employees we can become stressed and disengaged from our jobs, as students we are debt-ridden, as graduates we are underemployed, and despite living in an age where social media has become one of life's essentials, we struggle to cope with social isolation and a lack of connectedness with other people. Physical health problems can leave us feeling hopeless and helpless. Comparing ourselves with others, led by an image-obsessed media, can leave many of us feeling inadequate and unattractive. Is it any wonder that 1 in 4 of us will experience a common mental health problem in a given year?

I offer a range of evidence-based psychotherapies to help you improve your psychological wellbeing including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Analysis System of Psychotherapy. These therapies are described in more detail on my website -

Therapies are delivered in a quiet, private, comfortable, and pleasant environment, providing a safe therapeutic space within which to explore your difficulties. My warm, empathic, supportive style compliments my clinical expertise I have developed over 13 years of helping others to improve their wellbeing.

Please view my testimonials page so you can hear from other clients about their experiences of my service.

I hope your therapy journey with me will be an empowering one and I look forward to helping you to reclaim a life worth living.
