About me
Dr Sarah-Louise Hurst completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Cardiff University. She has over 10 years of experience of combining the best of psychological research and therapy to help people lead the life they hope for.
Dr Hurst can provide you with a comprehensive consultation which will enable you both to understand your situation and hopes. She will then tailor a therapy plan for you drawing on the best approach for you (often Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Throughout the therapy experience she will seek your feedback to ensure the process is what you need it to be.
