I have decades of experience working with individuals, couples and families in both my private practice, within the NHS, educational institutions including University settings.
I have additional qualifications to work with trauma and how this may become triggered in the present and affect clients' anatomical functioning.
Clients are guided through very simple steps to help calm their nervous systems which they can use themselves.
I work collaboratively alongside clients of all ages and avoid taking an expert position.
