Recoverie is an independent, evidence-based physiotherapy clinic with multiple clinic locations, founded in 2024 by the team behind Running Room and R&D Physio.

We specialise in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, combining clinical expertise with modern rehabilitation facilities.

Our physiotherapists provide timely, personalised care for acute injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and long-term pain conditions, using evidence-based physiotherapy to help patients return to work, sport, and daily life safely and confidently.

We treat Bupa-insured patients across our sites and work closely with consultants, surgeons, and GPs to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven physiotherapy care.
