About me

I work online , recently taking early retirement form NHS as a high intensity CBT therapist . I have a private practise providing CBT, Counselling and clinical supervision.
In June 2025 the SCoPEd (Scope of Practice and Education for Counselling and Psychotherapy) framework, allocated me to Column C which represents the highest level of training, practice, and competence, indicating advanced skills and experience in working with complex issues and populations.

Areas of interest

Anxiety-Depression-OCD-Trauma-Insomnia-relationship difficulties - social media anxiety/feelings of rejection -young adults.
