About me

I am a Weight Loss and Specialist Bariatric Dietitian, trained to adjust gastric bands. I also support patients having weight loss injections to ensure they make sustainable lifestyle and nutritional/emotional changes for long term success.

I trained at the University of North London and completed my dietetic training at the Hammersmith Hospital London, in 1992. I've worked as a Dietitian in a variety of private settings in London and the Midlands.

My specialist interest lies in weight loss injections, bariatric surgery and managing emotional eating.
I help my patients create balance in their lifestyle and what they eat so they can eat the foods they love and lose weight!
