About me

I am a Specialist Bariatric (Weight Loss Surgery) Weight Management Dietitian, trained to adjust gastric bands.

I trained at the University of North London and completed my dietetic training at the Hammersmith Hospital London, in 1992. I've worked as a Dietitian in a variety of settings in London and the Midlands.

My specialist interest lies with supporting pre/post bariatric patients, emotional eating and supporting patients taking Weight Loss injections
I help my patients create balance in what they eat so they eat the foods they love and loose weight!

The best thing about being a Dietitian is following the patients transformation, empowering them to build a healthy relationship with food
My mantra is "It's not what you eat, it's about WHY you eat!"�

I am passionate about self development, fitness and health and a firm believer in a positive mind set.
