About me
Dr Aashish Gupta has been working as paediatric consultant in NHS in an Essex hospital for over 10 years. He has an extensive paediatric experience over 20 years and regularly provides specialist paediatric opinion for children from birth up to 18 years of age.

He has Masters degree in Paediatrics. He has completed his paediatric training in UK from London and East of England and have received Fellowship of Royal College of Paediatrics and child Health.
He is passionate about providing high quality holistic care to children which is tailored to their needs and in partnership with their parents. He has a friendly approach and firmly believes that it is vital to listen carefully and understand concerns from children and their parents before planning the management.
He is happy to undertake face to face and virtual consultations as required. Virtual consultation can be over Telephone or Video Consultations as appropriate. He offers urgent appointments.
He is happy to see children from birth to 18 years for all general health problems.
He has a special interest in newborn and infants including assessment of their growth and development along with managing common issues such as feeding problems, vomiting/reflux, excessive crying, milk intolerance/allergy, constipation, skin rashes such as nappy rash, sticky eyes, conjunctivitis, fever, cough etc.
He has special interest in paediatric rheumatology including diagnosing and managing hypermobility, differentiating generalized pain from other severe rheumatological joint and bone problems in young children and adolescents. He is an Honorary Visiting Specialist at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge.
He has completed MSc ( Masters) in Medical and Healthcare Education and holds leadership positions in medical education management and is actively involved in training of medical students. He believes that well-structured training is of key importance in delivering safe and effective patient care.
